THE PCS SOLUTION
The PCS is the centerpiece of the integrated processing facility model intended to be networked in grid like fashion throughout populated regions as well as stand-alone models for individual use. It can be configured to be mobile as well as stationary.
CAUSE AND EFFECT
All wastes are safely and economically destroyed by the process, no matter how hazardous, toxic or lethal they may be. It is not enough to destroy hazardous waste; hazardous waste must be destroyed irreversibly. We produce machines that process “materials previously regarded as wastes,” because once those materials enter the PCS, they are no longer wastes…they are “feedstocks.” The system turns those material feedstocks into safe, valuable products such as Plasma Converted Gas (PCG), obsidian-like silicates and recyclable metals.
CREATING COMMODITIES FROM PREVIOUSLY UNUSABLE RESOURCES
Of all the compounds that exist in nature, the most important to humankind as a source of chemical energy are those containing carbon. Life as we know it would be impossible without it. All the traditional fuels (coal, oil and gas) are products of once-living things, and the by-products of plants and animals. This is the primary storehouse of chemical energy that has been produced by the radiant energy of the sun.
In the PCS, materials that are not converted to PCG are melted and “poured off” as glassy silicate compounds or metals, which are valuable commodities. The silicates can be used as raw materials for abrasives industry and for construction industry products. Metals can be recycled for direct use in the metallurgical industry.

MARKETABLE RESOURCE BY-PRODUCTS
The world’s waste is a ubiquitous and renewable resource. One of the principal commodity products produced by the PCS is a clean synthesis gas we call Plasma Converted Gas (PCG). PCG can be used as a chemical feedstock to produce such things as polymers and other chemical products. PCG can be used as a clean fuel to produce electricity, to heat and cool facilities, to produce fresh water and to power fuel cells; thereby decreasing the cost and reliance on finite fossil fuel supplies. Depending on the waste processed, the other commodity products produced are obsidian-like silicates or metals. Each of these has a wide array of uses in the construction, abrasives and metallurgical industries.
COMMODITY PRODUCTS RECOVERED
The PCS process destroys waste and produces usable products in the form of recyclable metals, PCG and inert glassy silicates. The glassy stone shown has also been ground into the form of “grit” ready for use as an abrasives industry product.
